A case describing the fitting of a tinted contact lens to mask ocular disfigurement is presented. The initial injury and sequelae are outlined, followed by the steps taken to modify the appearance including different tint types, depth and position. It is possible to provide some degree of normalcy in appearance with this type of cosmetic contact lens.
