ABSTRACT

This research explores the attitudinal change of undergraduate students in a social work program after completing a course on human diversity. A total of 153 students participated in the study. A cross-sectional pre/post survey design with non-randomized comparison groups was employed in the research. The findings suggest that a course on human diversity had a positive impact on junior level students' attitudes on the topic of diversity and that these attitudes continued to be evident in students enrolled in more advanced social work courses.
