How do I view content?
Sign in with your username and password.
If you have access to the content you wish to view or download, go to the article you require and click on the PDF or HTML icon.
If you are unable to view content you have purchased, please contact us.
How can I see what I have access to?
Sign in with your username and password and go to My Account.
Click on Manage access entitlements where you will be able to see all content to which you have access.
How do the access icons work?
When viewing a journal page on Taylor & Francis Online, you will see a green icon next to any issues or articles to which you have access.
I don’t have access to content I have paid for.
- If you are a student searching for content, please contact your librarian.
- If you have purchased a subscription or article via Taylor and Francis Online, and cannot see the content, please contact us confirming the purchase details.
- If you have purchased a subscription via your agent, please contact them to claim this access.
- If you have purchased a subscription directly with Taylor & Francis and do not have access to this content, please contact us with details of your order.
What do I do if content I have paid for is missing or corrupt?
- If you are student searching for content, please contact your librarian.
- If you have purchased a subscription or article via Taylor and Francis Online, and cannot see the content, please contact us confirming the purchase details.
- If you have purchased a subscription via your agent, please contact them to claim this access.
- If you have purchased a subscription directly with Taylor & Francis and do not have access to this content, please contact us with details of your order.
- If you have access to the purchased content but it is corrupt or you are having problems downloading it, please contact us.
I am a student. How do I resolve any problems with my institution's access?
Please contact your electronic resources librarian who will be able to resolve your access problem, or contact us if required.
How can I access a journal sample copy?
Fully searchable online sample copies of most of our journals are available by clicking on the Sample copy link on the journal homepages.
I have received a voucher. How do I use it?
If you are entitled to a voucher for content you should have received a confirmation email from Taylor & Francis including your voucher code or voucher web address (URL).If you have a web address (URL) please click on the link or enter the URL into your browser address bar and simply follow the on-screen instructions.
If you have a printed voucher code, please sign in with your username and password and go to My Account. Click on Redeem Voucher where you will be asked to input your voucher code which will activate your access.
