Author biographies
Iris van der Tuin is Assistant Professor in Gender Studies at Utrecht University, the Netherlands. Her PhD dissertation was on new feminist epistemologies (especially new feminist materialism), and European women's studies. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses focusing on feminist classics, feminist theory, and philosophy of science, and publishes on the same topics. Doing Gender in Media, Art and Culture (edited with Professor Rosemarie Buikema) is forthcoming with Routledge.
