Abstract
The temperature dependences of the dielectric constant and spontaneous polarization for the ceramic and polycrystalline samples of the mixed system Ba2NaNb5(1–x)Ta5xO15 were investigated over full range of tantalum concentration x. It was found that the Curie point of barium sodium niobate Ba2NaNb5O15 lowers from 833K to about 35K on substitution of × from 0 to 1.
